The color depends on the condition, which you can choose. Microsoft Excel has a library of Conditional Formatting including Data Bars, Color Sets and Icons. Each of these formats is based on Conditional Formulas, or Rules. Let’s start with a simple Rule: show me any amount that is above the average. These steps can be recorded as a Macro if you wish to create your own keyboard click.
